Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the consultation fee.

Cancellation by the Hospital

Bharat Vikas Parishad Hospital & Research Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as doctor unavailability or emergencies.

3. Refunds for Inpatient Services

Any advance payments made for inpatient services are refundable if the admission is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled admission date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled admission may incur a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the total advance payment.
